Interested in volunteering with us? We're always on the lookout for people who have a bit more time to give and an interest in making The Hospital Broadcasting Service the best that it can be, this allows us to provide a high quality service to our listeners in hospital.

If you've read the Information for Prospective Members document and want to get involved, go ahead and download the Volunteer Enquiry form and fill it in. Email your completed form to membership@hbs.org.uk.

Tips for completing the form:

The Volunteer Enquiry form is an interactive PDF (Portable Document Format), download a copy of the form and open it to edit it. There are a number of software options for opening PDF files, but Adobe Acrobat Reader is a good (and free) example, and is available here.
- Important: Make sure that you download the form to your own device before trying to edit it. Having a copy on your device will allow you to save your changes to the form before sending it in to us.

Fill in as much of the form as you can, only the fields in red are required (date of enquiry, name, gender, age range, address, your skills and interests, roles which may interest you, why you would like to volunteer, whether or not you have any criminal convictions, what you want to achieve through volunteering with HBS, two references, and the final agreement at the end of the form).
